As a qualified nurse with case management, you take responsibility for the care process, coordinate the care of our clients and contribute daily to their quality of life with your expertise.
In our Somatic Care Teams you will find an exciting and varied working environment with medical-technical tasks as well as diverse care situations. This way you stay professionally up to date and can continuously expand your knowledge. Your working hours are usually from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

YOUR TASKS
- You support our clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes for as long as possible.
- You take on case management and are responsible for planning, controlling and evaluating the care process.
- You advise and accompany clients and relatives, building trust through your professional competence.
- You coordinate collaboration with doctors, specialist agencies and other parties involved to ensure optimal care.
- You share your knowledge within the team and support new employees, trainees and students.
- You ensure professional and comprehensive care documentation.

YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed nursing training at tertiary level
- Friendly and appreciative demeanour as well as physical and mental resilience
- Enjoyment of change and teamwork
- High sense of responsibility, independence and flexibility
- Good knowledge of the German language spoken and written, at least level B2
- Driving licence category B or willingness to travel by electric bike
