- Welcoming and caring for our guests as the first point of contact at reception
- Ensuring a smooth process from check-in to check-out
- Communication and coordination with all departments for optimal guest care
- Responsibility for cash management and correct billing at the front office
- Fulfilling individual guest wishes with commitment, attentiveness, and service orientation
Your profile
- Completed training in hospitality or first professional experience as a career changer with enthusiasm for guest service
- High level of service orientation and the ability to convey a genuine welcome feeling to guests
- Good English skills in spoken and written form for daily communication with international guests
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously – even in stressful situations
