Registered Nurse HF with Employment

(Focus: Physically ill people; 2 - 3 years)

Your tasks

You work in a practical field where you can acquire broad medical and nursing expertise. Under the guidance of qualified nurses, you will increasingly take on the professional and leadership responsibility for the individual care and support of our residents and their relatives. You will learn to plan, implement and evaluate the nursing process according to your level of training. During the training, you will gradually take on responsibility and coordinate the deployment of nursing and therapy in an interdisciplinary team.

Your profile

Completion of at least a 3-year vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ), specialised middle school certificate or gymnasial maturity certificate
Joy and interest in caring for and supporting elderly people in complex care situations
Motivation, teamwork skills and a strong willingness to learn
Empathy and an open, friendly and well-groomed appearance
Physical and mental resilience and stability
