Your Role

In this versatile position, you ensure the optimal representation of our products, processes, and planning procedures in SAP. As an SAP Key User, you design and optimise order processes and ensure high quality of the relevant master and production data. At the same time, you coordinate the manufacturing process – also across multiple plants and involving external manufacturing partners.

Your Tasks

Development and further enhancement of an efficient methodology for mapping order processes in SAPSAP Key User in the area of responsibility as well as training and support of the involved departmentsEnsuring and cross-plant maintenance of master data, bills of materials, and work plansEnsuring correct preparation of production orders including external manufacturing, taking into account optimal lead timesControl of order management from feasibility checks of new products through the selection of the optimal production variant to the triggering of the required production documents after customer order

Your Profile

Comprehensive SAP knowledge with a focus on order management and planningGood understanding of production, planning, and order processesHigh customer orientation as well as a strong commitment to efficient order planning and short lead timesHigh IT affinity and confident handling of system-supported key figure dashboardsVery good MS Office skillsStructured, independent, and solution-oriented working styleStrong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different departments
