As Sous Chef, you actively shape the kitchen and, together with the head chef, ensure smooth operations. Production is coordinated, dishes are prepared, and daily processes are organised so that quality and timing are maintained even during busy service times.

Planning is also part of the role. Rosters and staff assignments are co-designed, deliveries are received and checked, and careful stock management of products is ensured.

In the absence of the head chef, responsibility is taken and the kitchen is confidently managed. Quality, cleanliness, and hygiene according to HACCP guidelines are naturally part of the daily routine.

We are looking for a trained chef with several years of experience in various kitchen stations and the desire to take on responsibility.

Passion for cooking and enjoyment of fresh products meet organisational talent, personal responsibility, and a structured way of working. Even when the kitchen is busy, quality, overview, and team spirit remain key ingredients. Very good German language skills complete the profile.
