Are you ready for the next step in your kitchen career? Then we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as Junior Sous Chef.
You will work Monday to Friday in a 100% position from 06:00 to 15:00. Occasional evening and weekend shifts are possible.
Our task menu
- You support the head chef in the daily kitchen operations and gradually take on more responsibility
- You actively participate in production and ensure a high quality of our dishes
- You independently manage a kitchen station and assist with the organisation of daily business
- You help with orders, goods receipt and inventory management
- You support catering, aperitifs and special events
- You take on initial leadership tasks and assist with the induction of new employees
- You ensure compliance with our hygiene, quality and safety standards
- You contribute your ideas and help develop our gastronomic offerings together with the team
Your recipe for success
- Basic training as a cook: EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in the gastronomy sector
- You want to take responsibility and develop into a sous chef
- Initial experience in leading or supervising employees is an advantage
- Passionate and trend-conscious
- Team player, reliable and well organised
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Good to very good IT skills
- Enthusiastic "foodie"
- Aptitude for digital solutions
