As a trainer/coach, you make an important contribution to the development of the next generation of Health Specialists. You promote professional and personal skills, support trainees in challenging situations, and actively help shape a high-quality training programme.

Your tasks – our position

• Accompanying trainees during their training
• Conducting progress, development, and assessment discussions
• Participating in practical qualification procedures and taking on expert roles
• Actively shaping and further developing the quality of training at the Biel Hospital Centre
• Caring for patients as a Health Specialist
• Close collaboration with team leadership, the nursing team, and the education team

Your skills – our requirements

• Completed training as a Health Specialist
• Completed trainer course or willingness to complete it
• Ability to support and encourage trainees of all ages
• Committed personality with motivation and initiative to help shape the training of Health Specialists on the wards
• Interest in continuous professional and personal development
• Conscientious working style, team spirit, and good resilience
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of French
