Project Assistance / Ventilation Calculation

For our ventilation team, we are looking for a committed, independent, and well-organized support in the area of project assistance / calculation.
In this versatile and responsible role, you will actively support our project management and contribute with your careful working style to the successful implementation of our projects. If you have any questions, our HR manager Helene Mosimann will be happy to assist you at +41 44 350 70 75.

Your area of responsibility
- Administrative support in order processing
- Calculation and follow-up of offers
- Creating offer comparisons for orders
- Support in purchasing
- Processing and triggering orders
- Support in order processing in the ERP system
- Creating project documentation
- General technical processing
Your qualifications
- Education (advantageous): Building services planner EFZ
- Further education (advantageous): Commercial training or further education
- Professional experience: Administrative experience in the building services industry
- IT skills: very good Microsoft Office and Word user skills
- Language skills: very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Other: Technically inclined, experience with ERP systems
- Characteristics: Organizational talent, independence, reliability, team-oriented behavior, enjoyment in customer contact
