CBRE (Zurich) AG is responsible, among other things, for the operation and maintenance of shopping centres. Due to retirements in the Technical Building Services of the Sonnenhof Shopping Centre Rapperswil-Jona, we are looking for responsible and resilient individuals as of 1 November 2026

Technical Building Services Employee (m/f/d), (100%)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The following interesting key tasks await you:

• Defined area of responsibility in the maintenance of the technical infrastructure of a shopping centre and car park
• Support regarding ensuring safety for customers, visitors and employees
• Assistance with maintenance and cleaning of the car park and surroundings
• Minor gardening work
• Supervision and enforcement of house rules

WHAT YOU BRING

• Training in building services with several years of professional experience
• PC experience
• Team spirit, resilience, assertiveness, willingness to perform and organisational talent
• Open, friendly demeanour and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts
• Willingness to undertake further training
• Residence in the region
