Managing properties – while actively shaping them.LANDI Zürichsee AG is a successful, regionally rooted company with around 85 employees. In addition to our Volg shops and the LANDI market store as well as three AGROLA petrol stations, a diverse property portfolio with 150 rental units belongs to our company.
Our property division is evolving. Therefore, we are looking for an initiative, independent and flexible personality for our management immediately or by arrangement.
Property Management Specialist 60% (m/f/d)
These tasks will inspire you
- Responsible for the management of our residential and commercial properties
- Contact person for our tenants and external partners
- Lease contract management (new rentals, adjustments, terminations, interim uses)
- Organisation and execution of apartment inspections and handovers
- Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
- Participation in maintenance, renovation and renewal projects
- Coordination of craftsmen and cleaning staff
- Support with budgeting and reporting
We look forward to this profile
- Experience in property management, preferably of rental properties
- Federal specialist certificate as a property manager or comparable further training
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment in contact with tenants, craftsmen and technical staff
- Confident handling of MS Office; Rimo-R5 knowledge is an advantage
- Driving licence category B
