About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Collaboration with doctors and psychotherapists within the team
- Independent case management and conducting psychotherapeutic treatments for adults
- Assessment and counselling interviews
- Maintaining electronic medical records and writing reports
- Opportunity to offer outpatient group sessions
- Diagnostic assessments
- Active participation in the interdisciplinary therapy team within the framework of a holistic treatment concept
- Participation in further training and continuing education
Your profile
- Completed federally recognised psychotherapy training or close to completion
- Completed degree in psychology (Master's or Licentiate)
- Proactive and resilient personality with inpatient experience in psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Good to very good knowledge of reporting (VVG, IV, KVG)
- At least 2 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Previous experience in outpatient treatment settings is an advantage
- Willingness to actively engage with the Christian faith in the work context
- Very good German language skills, at least language level C1 (business fluent), additional foreign language skills are an advantage
