Our future receptionist must welcome the guest with courtesy by ensuring quality service throughout their stay in order to build loyalty.

• Embody the spirit of the brand through their way of being and doing
• Respect the operational procedures of the establishment
• Flexibility to work morning/evening/night shifts including some weekends and public holidays
• Contribute to achieving the qualitative and quantitative objectives of their service
• Ensure the cleanliness of their workplace and its good presentation
• Know and apply the safety rules of the establishment
• Transmit necessary information to other departments as well as to other members of their service.

Your experience and skills include:

2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star luxury hotel

Proficiency in Opera Cloud software

Fluency in French and English

Team spirit, rigorous and organized approach

13th month salary
