Skills
- Hold a laboratory technician or equivalent degree; industry experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Autonomous, proactive, flexible, and a strong team player.

- Administrative and personnel management of the laboratory (6 employees)
- Perform controls related to cement production: during manufacturing, finished products, fuels, according to quality assurance procedures and safety rules
- Analyze the results obtained and monitor the recording process
- Transmit the necessary information to the responsible parties
- Manage non-conformities and propose corrective measures according to procedures
- Ensure the efficiency of control equipment through proper maintenance and use
What you bringexpand_more
- Holder of a Laboratory Technician diploma, HES Engineer or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in the industrial sector, preferably in quality control
- Previous experience in team management desired
- Comfortable with computer tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
- Autonomous, proactive and flexible, with a strong team spirit
- Native French speaker, basic knowledge of German would be an asset
- Native German speaker, very good knowledge of French
- Preferably residing in the region to respond to an on-call service
