Your Responsibilities

Management of construction projects and structural components of overall projects in the areas of building and civil engineering
Client representation in large projects
Organization, coordination, and control of internal and external specialist offices in the planning and implementation of investment projects (schedules, processes, costs)
Preparation of concept studies, detailed sketches, and development of cost estimates
Supervision and monitoring of construction sites
Technical support of production during construction projects

Your Profile

Completed vocational training in construction with further education as a technician HF or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in handling industrial projects with good knowledge of SIA standards
Good IT user skills in common MS Office programs
Interest in a long-term position in an innovative environment
Good communication skills in German (spoken and written)
Organizational talent, social competence, and assertiveness
Team player, independent, committed, flexible, and reliable
