To strengthen our team in the Application Services area, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for an AI Engineer

Develop the digital employees of healthcare with us. HINT is evolving into the Healthcare Digital Orchestrator and is building AI, data and automation platforms for healthcare organisations in Switzerland.

• Business requirements engineering and consulting with our clients
• Development and integration of AI, agent and automation solutions together with our clients and partners
• Building productive AI services and intelligent workflows
• Integration of LLM, RAG and agent systems into existing platforms
• Contributing to secure AI, data and integration architectures
• Collaboration with data, platform and security teams
• Evaluation of new AI technologies and use cases

• Experience in software engineering, AI engineering or machine learning as well as direct client contact
• Good knowledge of Python as well as API and integration development
• Experience with modern AI technologies, LLMs or agent systems
• Understanding of cloud, data and platform architectures
