Your tasks

• Ensuring outgoing goods inspection including completeness, visual and document checks of aircraft parts
• Creation of certificates as well as checking and identification of materials and components based on technical data and system information
• Packing of aircraft materials, spare parts, raw materials and dangerous goods according to applicable regulations
• Coordination, planning and monitoring of customer deliveries as well as preparation of shipping and export documents
• Provision of materials for external production as well as packing of initial deliveries, simulators and ground equipment
• Processing of quality reports as well as ensuring order, safety and efficient warehouse processes

What convinces us about you

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ or technical basic training, training as a dangerous goods sender according to ICAO/IATA is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in a production environment
• Good knowledge of SAP as well as experience in data analysis, very good German skills at level B2, English skills are an advantage
• SUVA-recognised forklift licence
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility and pronounced prioritisation skills
• Team-oriented, communicative and resilient personality with a customer-oriented mindset as well as intercultural competence
