Join ORNERA SA, a family business specialised in high-end watch finishing. We are looking for someone with solid practical experience in quality to support our teams and ensure product compliance with our customers' requirements.

Your mission

At the heart of the workshops, you support the production and inspection teams to guarantee the quality of parts and compliance with customer requirements.

• Provide technical support to production and inspection teams and prevent deviations.
• Carry out the necessary field checks and audits to ensure proper application of customer requirements and internal standards.
• Analyse defects, investigate their causes with the relevant teams, and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
• Ensure the follow-up of quality communications with customers within your scope.
• Participate in updating control criteria and documentation.
• Share your expertise, raise awareness among colleagues, and propose improvements based on field observations and quality indicators.

Your profile

• Training in quality, technical, or industrial fields, or equivalent practical training.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, ideally in watchmaking or a precision sector.
• Good knowledge of quality assurance tools and problem-solving methods.
• Field-oriented, autonomous, and able to propose solutions.
• Good command of French and common IT tools.
• Knowledge of Portuguese is an asset.
