ASSC (M/F) Temporary Assignments in a Hospital Setting

For one of our clients, a renowned hospital establishment located in the Lausanne region, we are recruiting Community Health and Care Assistants (ASSC) for short and long-term temporary assignments within somatic and psychiatric care services.

Your Mission

Within multidisciplinary teams, you actively participate in the overall care of patients and ensure quality care in compliance with institutional protocols.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide basic care and delegated medical-technical care.
• Support patients in daily living activities.
• Observe patients’ health status and communicate relevant information to the care team.
• Participate in the implementation of individualised care plans.
• Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other health professionals.
• Ensure care traceability and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Your Profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) or an equivalent diploma recognised in Switzerland.
• Minimum 2 years’ mandatory experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience in somatic and/or psychiatric care services.
• Excellent adaptability and prioritisation skills.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
• Very good interpersonal skills and patient orientation.
• Available promptly for occasional or long-term assignments.
