For one of our clients, a renowned hospital establishment located in the Lausanne region, we are recruiting Community Health and Care Assistants (ASSC) for short and long-term temporary assignments within somatic and psychiatric care services.
ASSC (M/F) Temporary Assignments in a Hospital Setting
Your Mission
Within multidisciplinary teams, you actively participate in the overall care of patients and ensure quality care in compliance with institutional protocols.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide basic care and delegated medical-technical care.
- Support patients in daily living activities.
- Observe patients’ health status and communicate relevant information to the care team.
- Participate in the implementation of individualised care plans.
- Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other health professionals.
- Ensure care traceability and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Your Profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) or an equivalent diploma recognised in Switzerland.
- Minimum 2 years’ mandatory experience in a hospital setting.
- Experience in somatic and/or psychiatric care services.
- Excellent adaptability and prioritisation skills.
- Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
- Very good interpersonal skills and patient orientation.
- Available promptly for occasional or long-term assignments.
