About the job
For our Day Clinic Baden with a focus on psychotherapy and work integration, we are looking for you from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, limited until 30 September 2027, as
Responsibilities
- You are responsible within the key worker system for the individual care of adult patients across the entire spectrum of psychological diagnoses
- You work independently and at the same time actively network within an interdisciplinary team
- You take on the leadership and co-leadership of groups
- You contribute to the development of the therapeutic offer and team culture
- You participate in interdisciplinary exchange forums
- You undertake low-threshold medical tasks (including blood pressure/pulse checks, drug and alcohol testing, medication administration, wound care)
Profile
- Completed training as a qualified registered nurse
- Clinical experience, ideally in social psychiatry and work integration
- Experience in leading or co-leading therapeutic groups
- Structured, independent working style as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and taking responsibility
- Reliable, socially competent and self-reflective personality
- Good IT user skills
