At the Department of Justice and Reintegration (JuWe), around 1,400 employees from about 40 professions work together. We in the Human Resources (HR) department are responsible for all matters concerning and related to employees.
From 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, the Personnel Law team is looking for a new team member. You can expect a 12-month internship with exciting tasks and diverse insights into legal practice in the public service.
Your tasks
- You clarify legal questions in a varied and unusual environment and advise on personnel, social insurance, and general administrative law
- You prepare and participate in employee discussions
- You draft orders, legal documents, agreements, and information sheets, review work references, and support HR projects
- You maintain and update the internal knowledge database
- You contribute to the conception and implementation of internal training events in the field of personnel law

- Completed law degree
- Interest and curiosity about legal topics related to employees
- You are open to new things, ask questions, and enjoy communicating with different people
