🎯 Your tasks

• Independent coordination and organisation of 8 technicians for installations, fault repairs and maintenance work
• Preparation of quotations for defective system parts and/or repairs
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality service delivery
• Hub function between customers, project management and technicians
• Control and assurance of service quality

💪 Your profile

• You are solution- and service-oriented and work independently
• Structure and organisation are in your blood
• You have electrical engineering knowledge and have completed commercial training – knowledge in technical fire protection is a plus but not essential!
• Reliability and resilience characterise you; ideally, you already have experience in a service organisation.
• You communicate confidently and clearly in German – both orally and in writing
