For one of our partners, a recognised industrial company in the agri-food sector based in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for:
Boiler Room Manager (M/F)
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operation of the site's energy production and distribution facilities
- Ensure the continuity of service of technical equipment and anticipate risks of downtime
- Monitor the performance of installations and identify improvement opportunities in terms of reliability, energy efficiency and operating costs
- Organise preventive and corrective maintenance activities in collaboration with internal teams and specialised companies
- Supervise interventions carried out by external contractors and ensure their proper execution
- Manage regulatory inspections and ensure equipment compliance with current legal requirements
- Participate in projects related to the modernisation and development of technical infrastructure
- Actively contribute to the site's safety, quality and environmental approach
Your profile:
- Higher technical education in industrial maintenance, energy, electrical engineering, automation or equivalent training
- Proven experience in the operation or maintenance of industrial technical installations
- Good knowledge of thermal equipment, utility networks or energy infrastructures
- Very good command of SAP (ideally the PM module) as well as Microsoft Office suite tools
- Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and collaborative spirit
- Ease in coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- Pragmatic, field-oriented and continuous improvement approach
- Good organisational skills and excellent sense of priorities
- Fluent French essential, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is appreciated
