Over 18 to 24 months, we offer committed young talents a comprehensive insight into the entire value chain of meat products and fresh meat production. The focus of the trainee programme is on sales and product management. In addition to production, further assignments are tailored to your interests and the current needs of the company. This way, you get to know various company departments and gradually take on responsibility.

You will go through several stations at our locations in Gossau, St. Gallen and Bazenheid and work closely with experienced employees.

The assignments are structured and enable you to understand the connections along the entire value chain and to contribute across departments. With a programme individually tailored to you, we prepare you optimally for a future specialist or leadership role in our company.
