The AR Hospital Network
The Appenzell Ausserrhoden Hospital Network, with the Herisau Acute Hospital and the AR Psychiatric Centre in Herisau, ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.
We are looking for
In the Nursing Department of the Appenzell Ausserrhoden Hospital Network under the nursing management of Ms Dragica Novakovic, we are seeking a qualified nurse HF or a health care specialist (FaGe) for our staff pool at both the Acute Hospital and the AR Psychiatric Centre.
Your tasks
- Professional nursing and care of patients from various medical disciplines.
- Independent implementation of the nursing and treatment process in interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You orient yourself according to the nursing and treatment concepts of the hospital network and actively contribute your professional skills to the further development of standards and processes.
- Electronic nursing documentation as well as planning, organisation and evaluation of nursing care.
Your profile
- A completed education in the nursing field: qualification as a registered nurse AKP/DNII/HF/FH or health care specialist EFZ.
- Enjoyment in working with people.
- Team spirit, flexibility and a high sense of responsibility.
