Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced professional in payroll accounting and payroll. In this responsible specialist role, you will manage demanding payroll mandates for employees of various clients. You will be the central contact person for complex questions regarding payroll accounting, social security, and withholding tax, and actively contribute your expertise to the team.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage payroll accounting and process the salaries of various clients
You prepare declarations for social security and withholding tax authorities
You manage the accounts receivable including invoice creation, processing of incoming payments, and reconciliation of open items
You support the payroll team with technical questions and provide internal updates on changes in the social security area
You clarify the implementation of legal changes in the social security and payroll area
Qualifications:
You hold a federal professional certificate or further training in payroll or similar qualifications
You bring several years of solid professional experience in Swiss payroll accounting or payroll
You possess very good knowledge of Swiss social security, withholding tax, and labour law
You have a good IT understanding as well as confident MS Office skills and experience with common payroll software
Fluent German language skills are required
