What you can achieve

- You take over the operational management of special cleaning and ensure that all assignments are carried out efficiently, on time, and according to quality standards.
- You coordinate cleaning orders, optimize workflows, and ensure professional deployment planning – including vacation coordination and time tracking.
- You lead your team, ensure careful onboarding of new employees, and support recruitment.
- You keep material stocks up to date, are responsible for orders, and ensure appropriate inventory management.
- You handle internal and external tickets as well as customer inquiries and ensure solution-oriented, friendly communication.
- You ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards and conduct regular site and quality inspections.
- You support site management in operational and administrative tasks, contributing to smooth operations.
