As a Health Specialist with day responsibility in the specialty team, you coordinate the daily processes, act as the central contact person for various specialty teams and ensure a smooth flow of information.

Your tasks:

Day management and care

• Operational day management and deployment planning of the specialty team
• Coordination in case of absences, emergencies and short-term schedule changes
• Triage of client calls and management of the 24-hour emergency call
• Planning of needs and re-needs assessments
• Taking over nursing assignments in case of short-term absences
• Master data maintenance in the ERP system Perigon

Administration and organisation:

• Triage of phones and emails within the specialty teams
• Support of team management in administrative matters
• Holiday and absence cover for the Care Desk
• Coordination of mail, parcels and medication

What we expect from you:

• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or nursing professional HF/FH
• Professional experience in outpatient care, ideally in Spitex
• Experience in deployment planning, day organisation or coordination is an advantage
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• You keep an overview and set the right priorities even in hectic situations
• Confident handling of electronic documentation and planning systems
• Good German and French skills in spoken and written form
