Your tasks:
In this varied dual role, you take on tasks in the two master's degree programs MSc International Management and MSc Strategic Management and Leadership. These include:
- Supporting students throughout the entire course of study – from registration to the graduation ceremony
- Maintaining and coordinating student data in the study administration system Evento
- Administrative support of the program management
- Assisting in the organization and implementation of information events as well as other program-related occasions
- Conducting admissions as well as reviewing and clarifying suitability according to the admission requirements specified by the program
- Active participation and design of processes and workflows with associated tools and systems (e.g., CRM)
Your profile:
For this role, we are looking for a resilient and independent personality with strong organizational talent and enjoyment in contact with various stakeholders. The following points complete your profile:
- Commercial basic training and several years of experience in a comparable role
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (at least level B2/FCE)
- Enjoyment of the international and academic environment
- Very good MS Office skills and IT affinity
- Independent, reliable, and precise working style with a high service orientation
- Teamwork skills and flexibility to assist with events and workshops
