In our dynamic staff pool, we offer around 20 committed professionals the opportunity to work alternately in various inpatient nursing departments. This varied activity allows you to gain valuable experience in different areas and continuously develop your professional expertise. The focus of the inpatient departments lies in acute geriatrics, rehabilitation, as well as specialised areas such as geriatric psychiatry and the closed wards for DU/MIBS.
Your Tasks
Deriving the individual care needs or care goals within the entire care process, setting up action plans, implementing the planned measures with the support of FaGe and PA, and continuously evaluating the overall process
Supporting and advising patients and their relatives in complex care situations
Implementing internal quality standards and guidelines and participating in continuous improvement processes (CIP) within the framework of Lean Management
Supporting trainers in the education of apprentices and students

Your Profile
Diploma in Health and Nursing HF, FH
Professional experience in acute medicine and rehabilitation
Communicative and independent personality who enjoys working with people, likes to work in a multidisciplinary team, and values constructive collaboration
Teamwork, customer orientation, conflict resolution skills, and business acumen
High commitment and resilience

A special advantage of the pool is the flexible duty planning: as an employee, you have the opportunity to enter your shifts independently.
Your shift preferences are then adopted by the supervisor, so you can best adapt your working hours to your needs.
A significant part of the assignments takes place during the middle shift (09:00–18:09) to ensure care during the most intensive daytime hours
Willingness to predominantly take middle shifts as well as early and late shifts as needed
