Your tasks
- You are responsible for information security, risk management, BCM and compliance in the Office for IT and Organisation (AIO) and continuously develop the corresponding structures, processes and standards.
- You ensure the effective operation and further development of ISO-compliant management systems, coordinate protection requirement analyses and security concepts, and ensure the audit and revision capability of the organisation.
- You systematically identify, assess and manage risks, create transparency for the management level and support well-founded management decisions through meaningful reports and analyses.
- You strengthen the organisation's resilience through effective Business Continuity Management (BCM) as well as through practical crisis and emergency concepts that are regularly tested and further developed.
- You are responsible for the establishment, operation and further development of the Internal Control System (ICS), monitor key controls and ensure their effectiveness to secure essential processes and risks.
Your profile
- University degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or comparable education.
- Several years of experience and further training in the areas of information security, risk management, compliance and BCM.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001 or comparable methods.
- Ability to analyse risks, controls and dependencies holistically and prepare them understandably.
- Convincing personality with consulting strength, assertiveness and pronounced stakeholder management.
- Independent, solution-oriented and pragmatic working style with a high quality standard.

Your working environment
The Office for IT and Organisation (AIO) is the central service provider of IT services for the cantonal administration and the judiciary. As a cross-sectional office, the AIO is responsible for the canton’s IT infrastructure and supports the directorates, the State Chancellery, the High Court and the Administrative Court as well as municipalities and administration-related enterprises in the use of information and communication technology. With the impulse programme "Digital Zug", the AIO ensures the coordinated implementation of the digital strategy of the canton of Zug.
