What awaits you:

• You bear overall responsibility for the financial accounting of Aveniq as well as the small subsidiary in Romania

• You are responsible for the general ledger, monthly and annual financial statements as well as audits (individual and consolidated financial statements) according to OR

• You are responsible for tax matters including the preparation of tax and VAT returns. In addition, you are the contact person for our HR regarding social security reconciliations

• You are responsible for cash management and forecasting as well as the interface to the audit office, authorities and banks

• You are responsible for the topics of internal control system (ICS) and transfer pricing and continuously develop these further. In addition, you lead accounting in a possible expansion of the standard to Swiss GAAP FER

• Furthermore, you lead the ongoing ERP migration to the S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition from a business perspective in the accounting sub-area with special focus on the accounts payable workflow

• You have personnel and professional leadership responsibility for a small accounting team

What you bring with you:

• Completed further education in finance (federal diploma, bachelor level business administration or equivalent qualification) and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, preferably in the IT industry

• At least 2 years of experience in personnel management in a line organisation. You lead transformation and team development processes purposefully and empathetically

• Very good SAP knowledge is a prerequisite: S/4 HANA; FI, MM, Fiori. Knowledge of S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP Central Invoice Management, PowerBI is a plus

• Proven experience with ERP transformation projects as a business representative and user

• You have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, radiate calmness and professionalism thanks to your personality and experience, and the success of the team is above personal interests
