What you can achieve
• Leadership of the small HR team in organizational and personnel matters
• Responsibility for the entire personnel management in coordination with the rector: personnel planning, recruitment, development, and controlling
• Advisory support for the university management and other executives on personnel matters and management training
• First point of contact for all employees on personnel issues
• Definition of HR processes as well as co-design and implementation of the strategic development field of personnel management (including retention management)
• Deputy function for payroll in coordination with the head of central services
