Solicitor in the Field of Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate

To strengthen our team in Zurich, we are looking for a solicitor

in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate.

You will have the opportunity to work at the forefront on demanding mandates in an international environment involving M&A transactions as well as the entire area of corporate and commercial law, and to further specialise.

What you bring:

• Swiss bar admission
• Preferably one to two years of experience in M&A/corporate law
• Above-average academic qualifications
• Curiosity and motivation to continuously develop in a dynamic, international environment
