Your Tasks

• You professionally and responsibly care for our clients with all medical conditions in the diverse and complex situations of the outpatient psychiatric sector.
• As the case-leading nursing specialist, you take responsibility for planning, managing, and controlling all steps in the care process of the clients.
• You work closely with the involved services such as psychiatric clinics, doctors, social authorities, etc.
• You assist in the further development of the Psychiatry Department within our Spitex organisation as well as in building networking within the regional non-profit Spitex organisations in the Psychiatry Department.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF, Psychiatry Department.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in outpatient or inpatient psychiatric care and meet the legal requirements to independently carry out needs assessments.
• You are a reflective, open-minded, and flexible personality and demonstrate a high level of professional competence.
• You have a forward-looking and structured way of working and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
