We are looking to complement our team immediately or by arrangement with a motivated and flexible personality.

Your tasks

• Administrative support of customer care
• Onboarding of new customers
• Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as laboratory, IT, marketing and customer care
• Management and organisation of customer and marketing mailings
• Preparation of statistics and controlling tasks
• Maintenance and further development of our CRM system
• Participation in cross-departmental projects to optimise processes and customer services
• Deputising for congress coordination as well as active support at congresses on site
• Willingness for occasional assignments outside regular working hours

Your profile

• Training as MPA or BMA Friendly, communicative and service-oriented personality
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact as well as organisational and administrative tasks
• Structured, independent and reliable working style
• Good IT user skills as well as interest in CRM systems and digital processes
• High personal responsibility and pronounced quality awareness
• Enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
