Your tasks
- You support the Key Account Manager in administrative matters
- You create reports, statistics, evaluations and presentations
- You assist with order and completion management as well as appointment monitoring
- You organise internal and external meetings and prepare minutes
- You assist in conducting training sessions and workshops
- You participate in projects and are responsible for appointment coordination
- You prepare offers and contracts and handle general correspondence
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training or further education
- You bring several years of commercial professional experience in the service sector, preferably in the real estate industry
- You have a pronounced flair for numbers and administration
- Your mother tongue is German and you have French skills at level B2
- You work independently, are assertive and have a strong customer and service orientation
- You are digitally savvy, have good knowledge of MS Office and are open to change
- You have pleasant manners, are reliable and trustworthy
