About the job
The Lung League of both Basel is a non-profit institution with advisory centres in Basel and Liestal. Our main areas of work are the rental of respiratory therapy devices, social counselling, and other services for people with lung diseases and respiratory impairments. Health promotion and prevention complete our
range of services. For the Home Therapy Department in Basel and Liestal, with around 7,200 clients, we are looking to strengthen the team in the Basel region immediately or by arrangement a
qualified nursing specialist (80 - 100 %)
This is how you will support us
- Advising and caring for clients with respiratory impairments, instruction and monitoring for optimal use of respiratory therapy devices
- Rental and sale of respiratory therapy devices
- Performance documentation in the CRM
- Participation in specialised further training
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with pulmonologists, general practitioners and hospitals
- Taking on on-call duties
- Participation in specialist groups, attending internal and external events
This is how you complement us
- Completed and Swiss-recognised diploma training in nursing at tertiary level (HF/FH/DNII)
- Experience in intensive care/anesthesia is an advantage
- Enjoyment in advising our clients
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
- Driving licence B
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
