Property Manager with Professional Certificate (80 – 100%)

(or in training for this)

Your Tasks

• Independent and responsible management of your own property portfolio
• Conducting negotiations as well as drafting and concluding rental agreements
• Monitoring rent collection
• Preparing heating and ancillary cost statements, annual financial statements and property accounting
• Organising and conducting apartment inspections and handovers
• Maintaining and managing contacts with condominium owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen and authorities
• Preparing, leading and minuting condominium owners' meetings

Your Profile

• Property Manager
• Solid experience in property management
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Good manners, high initiative, flexibility and team spirit
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Between 20 and 40 years young
