- Case management in Care Management (clarification and implementation of client requests with insured persons)
- Mediation in workplace conflicts
- Support with integration
- Advice to employers and employees in cases of illness/accident throughout French-speaking Switzerland
- Negotiations and coordination with service providers, legal representatives, authorities, official services, social and private insurers, as well as other stakeholders
- Clarification of complex situations in the areas of accident and illness, including on-site discussions and documentation of conclusions.
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- Several years of experience in personal insurance claims
- Federal diploma in private or social insurance, or similar training
- Fluent in French (including writing); good knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage
- Comfortable in human contact, independent and results-oriented
- Confident, skilled in negotiations and able to assert yourself
