About the job

The Deli Factory, the innovative food competence centre of the Migros Zurich cooperative, produces demand-oriented assortments and modular products for the Migros Group. For our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated, experienced leader with a passion for food, organisational talent, and experience in large-scale production.

What you will achieve

• Ensuring a smooth flow of goods from goods receipt to goods issue
• Efficient warehouse management and ensuring optimal product availability
• Coordination of goods deliveries to the production sites of the Deli Factory Zurich
• Deputising leadership and support of a team of three employees
• Ensuring quality, hygiene, and storage standards

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: as a logistician or in the gastronomy sector
• Professional experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in the required field
• Completed training in logistics or several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• High quality and hygiene awareness as well as strong team skills
• Experience in warehouse management, ideally in the food environment
• First leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility for a small team
• German (B1)
