Assistant to the Managing Director with Marketing Responsibilities
Are you reliable, discreet, and an organizational talent? As the right hand of the managing director, you are at the center of the action and support your superior wherever necessary.
What you will do with us
- Administrative and organizational support of the managing director as well as coordination of appointments and meetings
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings, creation of minutes, presentations, and decision-making documents
- Communication and correspondence with internal and external contacts as well as maintenance of confidential documents
- Support in projects, special tasks, and internal organization
- Planning, organizing, and implementing employee and customer events
- Participation in the creation and maintenance of communication materials and social media content in collaboration with local marketing
- Ensuring compliance with corporate design and support in internal marketing measures
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in an assistant role, ideally with marketing reference
- Further education or experience in marketing, communication, or event management is an advantage
- Very good organizational skills, discretion, and reliability
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) as well as experience with social media and marketing tools
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style
