The LANDI THULA, Cooperative is an agricultural, retail, and energy trading company based in Matzingen. With around 160 employees, we operate four Landi stores, six Volg stores, one Prima shop, two Top shops, eight gas stations, and three agricultural locations. We offer the regional agriculture a comprehensive range of production aids. With our stores, fuels, and renewable energies, we efficiently and sustainably supply the entire region from Hörnli to Thurland.

We are looking for a responsible and motivated individual as a Retail Specialist (m/f/d) 40-60% for the Dorfladen Amlikon immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

Fresh and friendly advice and support for our customers
Ordering assortment and ensuring product availability
Proper handling of fresh products (fruits, vegetables, etc.)
Ensuring concept-compliant and appealing product presentation
Cash register operation
Post agency service

Your profile

A completed apprenticeship with EFZ and experience in a grocery store
Enjoyment of active customer contact
Social and professional competence
Flexible working hours (early/late/weekend shifts)
Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays
