Team Leader: Building Services Centre

Your tasks
- Independent, entrepreneurial management of the Building Services Centre with a small team
- Leadership, coordination and support of the team in day-to-day business
- Ensuring a lean organisation and optimal processes
- Advising and serving our customers from the areas of sanitary, heating, gas and water supply technology
- Responsibility for smooth goods receipt and dispatch
- Coordination of transports with external partners
- Active participation in operational day-to-day business
- Use of forklift, high-bay forklift and overhead crane
