Syntegon Technology Services AG in Beringen (SH) is a company of the Syntegon Group and a central component of our global service organization. With around 100 employees, we provide our customers with a comprehensive service portfolio, ranging from on-site support to online services, and ensure the successful expansion of our service business.

Job Description

• You will manage user management. This includes the user approval process, conducting user rollouts, and answering user inquiries.
• Additionally, you will create new portals, optimize existing portals, and make settings in the platform or database.
• Furthermore, you will upload item lists, provide documents at the customer's request, and release them.
• Moreover, you will set up the portal main page and the technical news service.
• Additionally, you will use SAP to supply the portal platform with material master data.

Qualifications

• You are currently studying, preferably with a focus on business.
• You are proficient in common MS Office programs (especially Excel).
• Your good German and English skills help you communicate confidently with local and international colleagues.
• Your open and creative nature distinguishes you. You work precisely and recognize design & data gaps.
• You are willing to familiarize yourself with software platforms related to E-Portal and content management. Additionally, you possess a high degree of independence and personal responsibility.

Additional Information

Start: By arrangement
Duration: 1 year. Shorter or longer periods are also possible by agreement.
Workload: 30-50% (12-20 hours per week)
