Horizonte Work Integration in Thalwil offers professional integration measures for people with health-related performance limitations. The goal is reintegration into the primary labor market. From January 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for an intern or intern work integration 80-100%, 6-9 months (m/f/d) (pre-internship for university, entry-level internship, internship for transition to the social sector) Your tasks:
- Assistance (partly independent) in the program elements (application workshop 1 + 2 as well as competence training)
- Administrative tasks
- Agogical support in the office (accompanying participants in the administrative area)
- Participation in coaching sessions
- Support in the acquisition of suitable workplaces
- Participation in team meetings and supervisions
- Assistance in the career orientation of participants
- Minimum age 27 years
- A completed education or high school diploma and several years of professional experience
- Joy and interest in dealing with people in difficult life situations or with mental or multiple problems
- Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, resilience, openness
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Knowledge of labor market requirements for acquisition activities is an advantage
- Training in the health or social sector is an advantage
