• Responsibility for the entire HR administration along the employee lifecycle (entries, changes, exits, etc.)
• Support of the HR Business Partners and the payroll team in daily operational business
• Participation in exciting HR projects as well as active involvement in digitalization initiatives in the HR area
• Co-design and continuous optimization of our HR processes to increase efficiency and quality

• Completed commercial training with further education in the field of Human Resources
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Motivated, flexible personality with openness to new tasks
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English and French skills are an advantage 

• Financial subsidies for ZVV or SBB subscription and fitness subscription

• Catering options in the Migros canteen
