Polymechanic Allrounder with Leadership Responsibility
Tasks
- Lead, instruct and support the mechanics team professionally in daily work
- Coordinate, prioritise and implement production orders on time
- Perform complex manufacturing tasks with CNC support and Solidworks
- Maintain machines, carry out repairs and take care of apprentices
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ
- Experience in leading and supervising employees and apprentices
- Knowledge in the field of construction machinery as well as independent and precise working methods
- Good German skills, physical resilience and driving licence category B
