• Equipping, assembling, and aligning large gearboxes on the test bench (mechanical and hydraulic connection). 
• Carrying out type tests, series approvals, noise and vibration measurements according to specified load collectives. 
• Monitoring and documenting measured values (temperature, vibration, torque, pressure) 
• Maintenance and care of test bench equipment and measuring technology. 

• Assembly of individual assemblies of the gearbox assembly
• Thermal joining of bearings as well as joining of conical press fits
• Assembly of drive units for the full-rail sector
• Assembly and adjustment of bearing assemblies

• Completed vocational training as a machine, poly, automobile, or agricultural machinery mechanic with EFZ
• Experience in rail vehicle construction is an advantage
• Experience in quality assurance is an advantage
• High technical understanding
• Good PC user skills and experience with Microsoft Office are desirable
• Independent, reliable, and flexible working style with a high quality awareness
• Motivated and honest personality with strong teamwork skills
