Our Sales & Marketing Division German-speaking Switzerland is looking for a committed individual to support the Market Manager in a central key role. As an assistant to the market management, you will take on diverse organizational and administrative tasks and actively contribute to making everyday business efficient and structured. In close collaboration with the Market Manager, the Management Team, and the HR department, you ensure smooth coordination and professional implementation of all processes.
In this versatile position, you support the Market Manager German-speaking Switzerland in administrative, organizational, and planning matters. You are an important trusted person in daily business and ensure that processes function efficiently, structured, and reliably.
Your tasks:
- Support of the Market Manager German-speaking Switzerland in daily business (agenda management, emails, presentations, reservations, budget overviews)
- Organization, coordination, and active participation in meetings including ensuring cross-level information flow
- Collaboration in the Management Team: planning and preparation of meetings, follow-up of tasks, and operational support
- Promotion of cross-departmental collaboration and coordination between the individual markets
- Support in HR-relevant topics such as appointment organization, budget control, and accompaniment of assessments
- General administrative tasks such as document maintenance, correspondence, minute-taking, deputizing, and ad-hoc tasks
Your profile:
You are a structured, reliable personality and appreciate an environment where collaboration is lived on an equal footing.
You bring the following:
- Experience in the administrative field or in a comparable assistant function is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- High organizational talent as well as the ability to set priorities and coordinate multiple tasks in parallel
- German at native speaker level as well as very good French skills
- Discretion, trustworthiness, and a clear and friendly communication style
