Our Ward 2 South is a highly specialised team of 45 committed staff members, dedicated to the comprehensive care of up to 43 patients across five carefully structured zones. Our focus is on the nursing and treatment of multimorbid patients with acute medical and postoperative needs. We work in nursing according to the principles of Lean Management.
Your Responsibilities
Deriving individual nursing needs and nursing goals within the entire nursing process, setting up action plans, implementing planned measures with the support of nursing assistants and nursing aides, and continuously evaluating the overall process
Supporting and advising patients and their relatives in complex nursing situations
Implementing internal quality standards and guidelines and participating in continuous improvement processes (CIP) within the framework of Lean Management
Supporting trainers in the education of apprentices and students

Your Profile
Diploma in Health and Nursing HF, FH
Professional experience in acute medicine and rehabilitation
Communicative and independent personality who enjoys working with people, likes working in a multidisciplinary team, and values constructive collaboration
Teamwork, customer orientation, conflict management, and business acumen
High commitment and resilience
